The new purpose built extension to my own studio proved itself a great success in the first year of running courses at Golden Valley Cottage. Each student has their own electric wheel to work on as well as having free use of all the facilities of my own studio. This year I will be holding a four day course, which will enable a small group to take their pots from , clay to kiln in four days.

In 2020 I will again be offering a unique opportunity to learn and experience the joy of handling clay, working on the potter's  wheel, trying different decorating techniques, and even firing a wood fired kiln.

In 2018 I finished the extension to my workshop, providing a purpose built space to host my summer courses. Student numbers are kept to four per course, each student will have access to a potters wheel and all the facilities of the workshop. Tea ,coffee, homemade cakes and a vegetarian lunch is provided each day. Weather permitting the wood fired pizza oven will be lit on the Saturday for all students to enjoy a meal together.
